THE ROLE: Building Surveyor - Full-time (37 hours per week) / Permanent / Based on site, working Monday to Thursday, 9am - 5pm and Friday 9am - 4.30pm.

YMCA DownsLink Group is looking for a Building Surveyor to join the Asset Management team. This is a new role in our structure, playing a key part in delivering capital investment programme in line with the business plan - whilst working closely with other members of the team to ensure we maintain compliance and maintenance.
