National Home Move have an Exciting new career opportunity for a New Homes Lead Coordinator to be based at the NHM Lettings management centre in Handforth

National Home Move are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.

As a successful business we are continually looking to improve and increase our catchment within the different property sectors. This role will be focussing on the New homes opportunities that are at planning stages and sourcing the potential of an NHM branch assisting them in the marketing of the land and future built properties.

Referring to reports produced daily on all planning applications, the right candidate will be able to select suitable applications and contact the developer to fact find and promote the benefits of utilising their local NHM branch to support the process going forward.
