FINANCE ASSISTANT – Required as soon as possible once all necessary recruitment checks have been completed.

Salary range: H4 Point 6 to 9 (£23,893 to £25,119 FTE)

Actual salary range: £20,805 to £21,830 (including London Fringe Allowance)

Hours: 37 hours per week (term time only – 38 weeks)

8:00 am to 4:00 pm (3:15 pm on Fridays) with a 30-minute lunch break

We are seeking a Finance Assistant to join our finance team, to help support the School Business Manager in maintaining smooth financial operations and administrative tasks within the school finance office.

Responsibilities include managing day-to-day finance activities, adhering to financial procedures, processing orders and payments, and monitoring department budgets.

Furthermore, the position involves overseeing the purchase ledger, managing supplier records, procuring products as needed, and aiding in the coordination of annual Health & Safety inspections.
