THE ROLE

As we pursue our growth, we are looking for a professional Analyst, Accounts Payable to join our Finance team in Canada. This role will be working remotely in Quebec and will report to the Controller.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the Accounts payable function for different entities using Tipalti.
• Process and match invoices with purchase orders.
• Verify coding and obtain appropriate approvals for payment.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
• Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure sufficient funds are available for payment obligations.

Manage the company's credit cards.
• Process employee expenses and reimbursements
• Reconcile corporate credit card statements, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and supported by receipts.

Investigate discrepancies and follow up with cardholders

Participate in the month end close Special projects and reports as assigned

Qualifications:

• Post secondary Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
