Pre shipment and Post shipment.

1. Finalisation of Bill of Lading

2. Preparing Export Invoice & Packing list on Excel and Tally Prime

3. Prepare Country of Origin certificate Online through Portals.

4. Other specialization certificate - Health and legalization from chamber of commerce

5. Issue Insurance certificate

6. Issue Certificate of Analysis

7. Followup with CHA and Freight Forwarders

8. Skills : Excel, Word, Email, Tally ERP Prime

9. Know how of INCO Terms & Cordinate with Shipping Lines.

10. Good Communication & Follow-up Skill (Speaking, Writing)

Must have knowledge about Import Documentation and Operations.
