MINIMUM EXPERIENCE - up to 6 months and more
location : NEW DELHI
OFFERINGS : 28 K CTC
Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, and general support questions.
• Assist customers in resolving their concerns efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution.
• Document all interactions with customers accurately in the company's CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service to customers.
Requirements:
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred but not required.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
