Chinook s Edge School Division invites applications for a full-time temporary Administrative Support position at École Steffie Woima Elementary School (Grades Pre-K-6) commencing the 2024/2025 school year. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing invoices for payment, recording deposits, recording school fee payments to accounts, setting up fees, forms and hot lunches in the online payment system, reviewing transactions in budget and school generated funds (SGF) and making necessary changes by journal entry. Other duties include reviewing timesheets where necessary, reviewing Division Visa cards for employees at the school and ensuring coding and receipts are correct for submission to the Division Office. Responsibilities also include reception, updating student records, general office duties, and public relations.
