RedCat Recruitment is seeking an EXECUTIVE PERSONAL ASSISTANT for a well-established, growing concern, position based in the Morningside area, Durban .

PERSON MUST BE AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY! REQUIREMENTS Grade 12. Relevant qualification advantageous. Valid drivers license / own reliable vehicle.

Person must be able to speak, read and write in English. Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). 3yrs+ previous working experience as an Executive Personal Assistant is essential.

Provide top-tier administrative support to the CEO. Manage communications, organise schedules and ensure the CEOs day-to-day operations are seamless.

Comprehensive understanding of the office management systems and applications. Exceptional planning and time management skills.
