You are the key player in the international logistics process. From preparing shipping documents within and outside the EU to handling special requirements for air, sea, and road transport. You coordinate, plan, and manage the handling of export shipments. With your eye for detail, you carefully check instructions and take immediate action if necessary. You keep track & trace files up-to-date and ensure the processing of export administration in SAP.

You inform freight forwarders, customers, customs, and the Chamber of Commerce about the status of shipments, documents, and customs matters. Internally, you liaise with the Customer Service, Sales, Warehouse, and Finance departments about this. With your dedication, the export process runs smoothly!
