Why does this job exist and why is it critical?

The Chargeman will be heavily involved in managing all O&M issues related to network elements, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met. Apart from this core function, Chargeman is certified mandatory requirements under the Electricity Rules, 1999 under the Electricity Ordinance to maintain all live electrical systems under a building.
