We are looking for an Fabric Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Fabric Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Fabric Engineer, will be responsible for:
• Delivering a building fabric service such as minor plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating, and patch repairs.
• Ideally you will have worked in the building services sector, or similar.
• Basic electrical and/or plumbing skills as you will be carrying out fabric repairs.
• Physically fit as the role does involve some manual handling, working at heights.
