OWNER DRIVERS REQUIRED

GIANT FREIGHT require experienced part-time Night Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting newspapers and magazines for our client.

20-25 stops and 40-50 miles approx. Same route every day.

VAN CAN BE PROVIDED

NIGHT SHIFT (HOURS 2AM - 7AM APPROX)

7 DAYS PAYMENTS TERMS (£100 day rate in own van / £70 day rate in our van/ £50 per re-run)

Duties

- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations

- Load and unload products from the vehicle

- Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the dispatcher

- Ensure all deliveries are completed on time

- Verify the accuracy of delivery orders before leaving the warehouse

- Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, such as checking oil levels and tyre pressure

Experience

To be successful in this role, you should have:
