Vores afdeling har til formål at optimere Novonesis gæringsprocesser ud fra en videnskabelig og databaseret tilgang. Afdelingen er sammensat af 15 dedikerede kemikere, laboranter og teknikere, som driver optimeringsprojekter gennem dataanalyse og viden opnået i vores laboratorium.
