Salary: £26,421 - £28,770 per annum pro rata

Hours: 37 hours per week

Location: You will be expected to attend a CBC office location as often as needed to carry out your role, which will be no less than once per month.

Contract: Hybrid - Fixed term - Maternity cover up to 22nd December 2024.

About the role:

As a Housing Compliance Coordinator, you will be a key member of the Housing Property Team supporting the Damp and Mould Surveyors and Surveyor Technicians. You will provide a high quality and proactive administrative support to the team.

The person will be an advocate of our strong customer values, demonstrating an inclusive and engaging style of working, and able to work collaboratively to deliver clear outcomes, designed to enhance the customer service we provide.
