Role: IT Asset Manager

Location: Selangor, Subang Jaya

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement processes and procedures for the acquisition, deployment, tracking and retirement of hardware assets.

Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory, including serial numbers, configurations, and locations.

Conduct regular audits of hardware assets to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with BAT’s asset management policies and procedures.

Collaborate with global and end market IT team to gather requirements and optimize asset utilization.

Identify opportunities to streamline hardware procurement processes and reduce costs.

Maintain accurate record of hardware procurement and maintenance contracts within the asset management system.

Generate reports and dashboard provide insights into Hardware Asset performance and utilization.

Provide support and guidance to end markets on Hardware Asset management best practices.
