Purpose Of The Job

To be responsible for representing the client's brand and maintaining positive relationships with customers, the community, influencers, and like-minded organizations.

Required Qualifications
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a public relations or corporate communications role.
• Proficiency in FreshDesk or similar customer service management software.
• Extensive experience in original copy writing (Not ChatGPT)

Technical Competencies and responsibilities
• Manage the customer careline, ensuring timely and empathetic responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
