As a Mortgage File Manager, you will be responsible for proactively and efficiently managing mortgage files.

Specifically, what does this mean?

Under the direction of the Director of Servicing & Collections and in a team of 10 employees, these are the tasks you will be responsible for :
• Preparing documents, such as draft deeds, to be provided to the notary.
• Administrative follow-up before and after execution of the authentic deed, with special attention to compliance with credit committee conditions and financial settlement.
