Qualifications & experience
• University degree / fresh graduate
• MUST have exp as Customer Service at least 6months
• English B1minimum, B2 preferred, (will be tested in the recruitment process)
• Excellent written communication skills in english
• Fresh Graduate / Experience handling ecommerce/social media
• Willing to work in Shifting Schedule including weekend and Public Holiday.
• Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated multi-task capabilities and ambiguity
• Ability to handle high volumes during promotions and peak seasons
