Job Description:

Position : Plant Manager

Experience: 8 To 12 Years

Salary : 50000 to 60000

Location : Toothukudi

Requirements:

A minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing site or operation PM position within a multinational company in India .

Proven experience working in plant operations required.

Candidate with experience in , melting, furnaces, Ingot production with strong engineering experience will be given preference.

Fluency in English and knowledge of Tamil , Hindi would be a plus.

With integrity, EQ, principle, teamwork, sense of urgency and diligent, ambitious and persistent quality.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements for operating plants and with operating plant equipment safely and efficiently.

Strong leadership and managerial attributes. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

Able to sit, stand and walk around for long periods at a time.

Possesses effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
