Job Brief

The successful applicant will be required to deliver on the vision for people they are supporting. You will work directly with a number of adults, supporting them to gain valued social roles in their lives and participate in meaningful creative activities through developing appropriate supports. You will also advocate on behalf of the individuals with regard to their individual needs and preferences and support the development of Individual Plans.
