Due to our continued success and rapid growth we are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our commercial team based at our new head office in Kilbagie, Kincardine. The successful candidate will be focused on maintaining and growing current accounts but also looking to target new customers to support the growth of our business.,
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and act as the lead point of contact on accounts.
• Identifying opportunities for securing new business with new and existing customers and managing the sale from enquiry through to order.
• Preparation and submission of quotations and responding to enquiries to win new business.
• Work in collaboration with all required departments (production, technical, credit control etc) to ensure all information submitted on quotations is achievable.
• Dealing with price negotiations within existing contracts or changes to T&Cs wherever required.
