Position: Site Manager (Temporary)
Site Manager - Projects In Thatcham

Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to manage a retirement home project in Thatcham.

7 week duration - start date 05/06/2024

Responsibilities:

You will be undertaking and setting out duties
Supervision of teams on a day to day basis and liaising with company superiors.
Management of trades & labour on site
Holding site meetings
Ensuring build programmes & schedules are met
Ensuring all health & safety is carried out to a high level

Requirements:

Site management experience
Attention to detail
Demonstrate strong communication skills
IT skills
Valid UK Driving Licence
Basic DBS required
Expereince with a retirement home environment
Fire stopping and fire door installation experience and knowledge

Qualifications:

SMSTS
CSCS CARD
First Aid at Work
