As we continue our mission to make people happy through chocolate, we’re looking for a Strategic Sourcing Manager - Packaging and Transformation to join our Procurement Team on a permanent basis.

Reporting into the Head of Great Suppliers and Directs, you will own the Packaging Sourcing Strategy, taking accountability and responsibility in optimising growth, environmental / social targets, costs and quality whilst mitigating supply failure and driving continuous improvement.

Great Procurement is vital to our originality and success, and you will be responsible across the direct procurement categories for driving transformative change.

We are looking for an energetic procurement professional who will focus their efforts on where they see the largest opportunities to drive value.
