Sales Administrator

Alexis Flooring is a well-established flooring contractor supplying the new build market. We are currently looking for a Sales Administrator to work in our branch in Silchester, near Basingstoke.

Basic Job Overview:

· Processing sales orders using Microsoft Excel

· Recording completion of works, using Microsoft Excel

· Answering the phone and taking detailed messages

· Electronic filing of emails and documentation

· Taking meeting minutes when required

· Other ad hoc duties as required

It is envisaged that the ideal candidate will have:

· Proven experience in a sales support or administration role

· Excellent attention to detail

· Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, across multiple departments and with clients

· A good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Sharepoint

· Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including using formulas and creating reports

· Good numerical skills
