Based from our Aurora area offices, this senior HR Leader must act as a key business partner to the CEO and senior leaders in our various Canadian and US operations covering civil construction installation, consulting engineering & design, manufacturing, sales and project management operations. This role will drive HR practices which adapt to but also anticipate the unique needs and environments of each of our Canadian and US operations.
