For guidance, supervision and control over the Agent /IM under his/ her hierarchy in respect to their life insurance business.

For the quality of life insurance policies sourced by the Agent /IM under his/ her hierarchy.

Vicariously responsible for all the acts of omission and commission by the Agent /IM under his/ her hierarchy.

B. Job Specifications:

Graduate (10+2+3) / Post graduate or equivalent

Minimum 0‐7 years of work experience in Sales Development role

Experience in the life insurance industry / any other industry in sales role is necessary
