POSITION: FACILITY SUPERVISOR

LOCATION: ABUJA

SALARY: 100 – 120K

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Estate Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Estate Manager in overseeing the operations and maintenance of a large estate or multiple properties. Will ensure that all aspects of the estate, including buildings, grounds, and amenities, are well-maintained and managed efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Supervise the maintenance and upkeep of buildings, landscaping, gardens, and other estate features.

2. Coordinate routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure adherence to quality standards.

3. Supervise contracts with vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance and repair work.

4. Implement preventative maintenance programs to prolong the lifespan of estate assets.

5. Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising estate staff, including groundskeepers, maintenance workers, and housekeeping staff.
