Job Description

We are looking for a Facilities and Fleet Manager, who will be responsible to ensure the optimal utilization of the organization's facilities. Will ensure proper functioning of facilities through ongoing inspection and maintenance, scheduling and dispatching the organization's vehicles and drivers.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Plan and implement regular activities to ensure the site is maintained in a safe and efficient manner, meeting Emerson corporate expectations and legal requirements, furthermore in charge pursuant to legislative decree 81/08
• Responsible for all non-production related aspects including Maintenance, Utilities, Reception, Cleaning, Security.
• Responsible for effective management of all site contractor including maintenance, vending, cleaning, waste removal etc.
