RESPONSIBILITIES

· Liaise with your department supervisor

· All cleaning tasks throughout the hotel

· Adhere strictly to rules regarding health & safety and hotel procedures

· Punctuality & time management

· Communicate within your team

· Making a record of your weekly schedule

REQUIREMENTS

· Some experience in a cleaning position and/or a clear display of a willingness to work hard

· Ability to work well as part of a team

· Capable of working to time targets

· Customer oriented & friendly

· Knowledge of English language

GOALS

· To maintain all public areas and bedrooms to a high standard of cleanliness

· Communicate within your team with all matters including any complaints or concerns

· Keep superiors informed of any shortages or breakages throughout your designated areas

· To carry out a thorough and efficient job to the best of your ability

· To carry out all the duties listed under ‘Responsibilities’ confidently and in a kind manner
