We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Bars Manager to join our fantastic Food & Beverage team here at Old Thorns. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and will work well within our great bar team, providing guests with excellent service.

Working as part of our Bars team, you will be expected to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, organisational and communication skills. You will need to be passionate and knowledgeable about drinks and be confident in providing guests with the correct drink choice. The role will give you the opportunity to learn and develop, with the potential to progress within the company. This is a hands on, operational role and will suit someone who likes working with friendly and hardworking people in a bar setting.
