ROLE: Project Manager

LOCATION: Hamburg, Germany

SALARY: Negotiable

DURATION: 1 year rolling contract

Job Tasks
• Project management for laboratory/office expansion
• Representing the division
• Maintain an overview of various workstreams and their alignment including reporting at SteerCo GF level
• Responsible for workplace strategy
• Interface between broker/CBRE, to project developers and laboratory users
• Business development/strategic planning
• Financial planning

Your Profile
• Senior project manager
• Experience in change management
• Nice to have: project development in the real estate sector and in the semiconductor sector
• Engineering knowledge is an advantage
• Strong communication skills, also on C-Level
• Self-confident demeanour
