To Lead that customer quality related activities (specification proposals, specification settings, customer meetings, customer approvals, Customer co-ordination for filed failure/customer issues)

Principal Accountabilities
• Accountable for all activities related to specification for a new product development, including new specification proposal preparation, CFT approvals and customer approvals for specification/drawings.
• Accurately understand and effectively communicate Customer requirements to appropriate personnel within Org and to coordinate activities to ensure that these requirements are met whilst complying with business strategies and objectives. Achieving this requires excellent communication and planning skills and the ability to develop and maintain good relationships with all key contacts of customers.
