Our advertising team plays a crucial role in Xing's monetization. The team is responsible for developing products that support both the B2B and B2C aspects of the business, and collaborates closely with product, sales, marketing, and data analytics departments. As a backend engineer, you will contribute to the development of features for web, iOS, and Android apps, as well as data-driven products and services.
Your tasks:
Work with team members and the product team to come up with ideas, develop new product features and support existing features in a diverse, international, and cross-functional set-up.
Live the complete development cycle, including ideation, task breakdown, coding, writing tests, code reviewing, testing and performing deployments;
Create, maintain and improve applications using efficient, reusable, and reliable object-oriented ruby code;
