Hours: 37 hours per week – term time + 1 (40 weeks).

8.00 am - 4.00 pm (Monday-Thursday)and8.00am -3.30pm(Friday)

Salary: HCC Grade C FTE £23,115 - £24,140 Actual £20,278.92 - £21,178.20

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive person who will enjoy working in our busy, friendly and professional finance team.

Role Responsibilities include:

· Processing orders, goods receipting and raising sales invoices and credit notes as required

· Assisting with the planning, costing and organisation of school trips/events

· Maintaining stock and selling/distributing revision guides

· Administration of petty cash payments and reconciling monthly to bank statements

· Journal inputting as required

· Using in-house systems to ensure accurate recording and efficient monitoring of payment systems
