Responsibilities

• To handle all inquiries coming from either phone calls, email,

social media & and walk-in

• To handle quotations & proposal to client

• To become tour leader when needed.

• To be able to communicate and convey accurate information to

customers about tours & and ticketing if required.

• To exceed customer's expectations in customer service &

delivering of services.

• To work in the timeframe given & and to work in a team.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Tours Operations, Tourism Management, or equivalent.

Diploma holders will have an added advantage.

• Three years experience in a similar role in a busy environment.

• Proven working experience as a leisure/tour travel manager.

• Ability to present, persuade, and communicate effectively.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Knowledge of both Domestic and International tours.

• Ability to use various tours & and hotel booking systems.
