Responsibilities
•Greet and assist customers with a warm and welcoming approach.
•Upsell and cross-sell products to meet or exceed sales targets.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of our brand, products, and the latest trends.
•Manage daily operations of business and ensure sales goals are met.
•Track and manage inventory at store.
•Ensure that the store is always well-maintained and visually appealing.
•Maintain sales records and report daily and monthly sales figures to the reporting manager.
•Billing for customers on our inventory management software.
•Handling Cash and Accounts (Daily & Monthly, Reports)
Qualifications
•0- 2 years of retail and retail sales experience.
•Good communication skills and able to speak in English, Kannada, Tulu, and Hindi.
•Strong customer service, management, and communication skills
