Willingham Surgery is looking for two receptionists to join our friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a small, committed team who work hard to provide the best possible service to our patients.

You will be responsible for a wide range of reception duties, and provide general support to our multidisciplinary team. You will need strong IT skills, an eye for detail, and be able to work under pressure in a multitasking environment.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be flexible and cooperative, and work well in a team. Experience with the general public or in healthcare is preferable but not essential. You will need to manage your time effectively, be adaptable to change, and be able to follow policies and procedures. Given the nature of our work confidentiality is critical. You will be subject to a DBS check as part of pre-employment checks.
