Fabric Engineer - Salary up to £40,000 per annum

Trevett Services are working with a global and reputable Building Services and FM Company who are looking to bring on an experienced Fabric Engineer to work on this static site in the Farnborough region.

This is a full time, permanent role and an excellent opportunity to join an established FM provider with great career prospects.

Main Duties & Responsibilities of the Fabric Engineer:
• Carry out PPM’s and Reactive Maintenance duties across the site
• General Painting and Decorating Duties
• General Carpentry works- Hanging doors, skirting, door locks ect.
• Basic Plumbing tasks- Tap changes, WC pans, Basins ect.
• Flooring Repairs, Tiling and Patch Plastering

Qualifications & Experience required:
• Background in property maintenance.
• Qualified in relevant trades (Carpentry, plastering, decorating or equivalent)
• Strong, demonstrable competencies in building services trades.
• An excellent understanding of Health and Safety.
