Reporting to the Captain, the incumbent will be responsible for handling cables of various sizes to dock and undock the tug and assisted vessels. He will also be responsible for all tug maintenance operations.

He will be called upon to work on Port of Port-Cartier.

YOUR TYPICAL DAY

Reporting To The Captain, You Will Have To
• Participate in the maneuvers on the tugs;
• Ensure the berthing and the departure of the tugs with the help of the cables;
• Maintain accommodations and bridges;
• Position the gangway and ensure the safe transfer of people;
• Connect the ground power (plug and circuit breaker);
