• CSM certification is a must
• Data migration experience
• SFDC Revenue Cloud. Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud experience is preferred.
• PMP & SAFe or equivalent certification is preferred
• 15+ years of experience leading global application implementations. Awareness & understanding of sales and billing processes is a must.
• Demonstrated track record working with key business stakeholders and with executive level professionals to solve and drive business outcomes
• Expertise in JIRA is a must
