Qualified individual will assist guest with any need for translation/interpreting in the casino floor. Acts as liaison between guests and Gaming staff, keeps customers informed about promotions and Advertising/Marketing programs. Oversees Mandarin Concierge staff on day-to-day operations.
• Trains new and current staff on new procedures or promotions as directed by gaming manager. Oversees day-to-day operations of the Mandarin Concierge staff to include schedules and documents areas of improvement or deficiencies for the gaming manager to review.
• Responsible for listening to, understanding, and translating spoken or written statements from Mandarin to English language.
