For our customer, important multinational company with headquarter in Switzerland and productive plant in Galbiate, we are currently looking for a QUALITY ENGINEER

The person will have a crucial role in ensuring that the quality and excellence of the products are upheld and will be the reference point for both customers and suppliers.

Main Responsabilities:
• Performance Management (reporting / forecasting)
• Understanding customer expectations of and needs from a product.
• Develops, implements, and drives a quality driven culture and robust processes.
• Create standards in accordance with industry standards and customer expectations and implements efficient controls.
• Ensuring products are produced with adherence to legal and safety standards.
• Supervising staff and monitoring production standards.
• Examining the quality of raw materials that are used in production.
• Monitoring, auditing and evaluating of internal and supplier production processes. .
