Key Responsibilities
• Gather and document business requirements and create business requirements documents for custom software development projects.
• Collaborate with team members including the project manager, development lead, and business stakeholders in understanding business requirements and implications.
• Create the necessary functional and technical documentation, from which the software development team will produce code.
• Analyze and document business processes workflows and use cases throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Support the creation of test plans and perform user acceptance testing.
• Develop User Stories and update JIRA.
• Perform testing duties as needed, working with end users and project teams during the design, construction, testing, and implementation of modifications to systems.
• Provide initial post-implementation support of newly rolled-out applications troubleshoots issues and provides guidance to end users.
