We are currently looking for a Finance Administrator to work for a high performance automotive / motorsport customer of ours in Silverstone.

Hybrid working role with 4 days in the office and 1 day at home (generally a Monday or Friday).

Starting salary up to £30,000, depending on experience.

This role will include:
• Processing of purchase orders and invoices
• Processing sales orders
• Creating KPI’s for supplier performance
• Expediting outstanding purchase orders with suppliers
• Reconciliation of supplier accounts and dealing with supplier queries
• Payment of invoices
• Raising and processing Sales invoices
• Ensuring payments are received on time, chasing customers where necessary and dealing with
• customer queries
• Set up of new suppliers
• Dealing with internal purchasing queries
• Working with the procurement team to ensure smooth payment processing
• Processing Credit card transaction
• Processing Staff Expenses
• Receiving and processing daily posts
