The Governors and Headteachers at Rothbury First School wish to recruit a dedicated and reliable Caretaker. We are looking for a flexible, friendly, caring and motivated person with plenty of energy and initiative who can join our hardworking team.
The successful candidate will ensure the maintenance, safety and security of our school building for our pupils, staff and visitors.
At Rothbury First School, we can offer you a friendly, hardworking team of staff, a welcoming and vibrant school, supportive staff and governors as well as Induction and ongoing professional development.
This post is permanent, 37 hours per week over 52 weeks per year and the working week will involve split shift patterns. There is a standard annual leave entitlement starting at 26 days.
There will be opportunities for training and although this is currently a band 3 position it is expected that the role will expand in future.
