Express Recruitment are proud to be working on behalf of a rapidly growing East Midlands based Managed Service Provider, who due to continued success and ongoing expansion, are currently seeking a technically astute, hands-on, and customer focused IT Helpdesk Manager to join their technical team.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Oversee the day to day running of the IT Support team (including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support) being on hand to deal with any escalated issues or queries
• Ensure the team are maintaining up to date application management systems
• Manage the end-to-end process of the incident management life cycle
