We'd like you to join us as a Children's Support Worker at our young clients home in Hook.

When you'll be working:

Waking nights
Mondays (10pm-7am)
1 shift a week
With flexibility to pick up additional nights for other team members holiday

What you'll be doing:

This role is to support a young boy with complex health needs (our client has a tracheostomy and gastrostomy tube) in his family home overnight. This will involve supporting him with his clinical equipment. Full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support will be provided.
