Our client was founded by specialists in finance and mortgages and have a proven track record of working for a number of large nationwide lenders and banks.

You will be required to have an understanding of property law administration. In the role you will assist and support fee earners with secretarial and administrative duties.

Responsibilities
• Providing a support service to the fee earners
• Assisting in communication with clients, estate agents and legal representatives
• Undertaking administration duties associated with file management, updating and the operation of the case management system
• Receiving and sorting incoming mail where required
• Scheduling files for archiving and retrieval of files from storage
• Property and Land Registry searches
• To answer the telephones promptly, taking messages and following up where necessary in a proactive manner
• Updating client details
