At Semikron Danfoss, we are looking for a Change Manager Automotive Products (m/f/d) for our Automotive division located in Flensburg.

Job Responsibilities
In this role you will drive the DCM change process including the decision of change requests as well as the execution of specific product changes until implementation and verification.

The Following Tasks Will Be Part Of Your Responsibilities
• Leading the evaluation and implementation of specific product changes for series products that involve several departments / imply a higher degree of complexity
• Create a timeline for execution and follow up on including resource planning
• Lead regular team meetings
• Close alignment with Procurement, Production Planning and Quality
• Report on the implementation status to Product/Program Management and/or within the DCM Product Committee
