A great opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a major Highways scheme in South Wales. Our client is the Tier 1 contractor on a 500million project, consisting of 18kms of new highway including multiple RC structures, retaining walls and utility diversions. Be part of a high-profile project and work with a driven and supportive commercial team in delivering works and managing subcontractors.

As Assistant Quantity Surveyor You Will
• Assist in the tender process for subcontractors and prepare associated documentation
• Be involved in valuations of subcontractor variations
• Prepare monthly cost and value reports

Our Client Requires An Assistant Quantity Surveyor With
• Degree or similar in Quantity Surveying
• Previous experience of working for a Civil Engineering/Construction contractor
• Strong commercial awareness and acumen
• Sound knowledge of contractual relationships and contract law

Salary/Benefits
• Up to 34,000
• 6,500 car allowance
